Templates let you turn existing Candu content into reusable starting points for your team. They're especially useful for maintaining consistency, speeding up content creation, and helping new team members get started faster.
Templates also make Candu more accessible to people who aren't power users but need to make quick updates, making them a great tool for cross-functional collaboration.
Create a Template
Go to Templates on the left sidebar
Click Create New Template
Select existing content you want to turn into a template
How to use or edit a template
Click Templates in the left sidebar
Select the template you want to use
Choose what you want to do:
Click Edit Template to modify the template itself
Click Create Content to use the template as a starting point for new content

Candu also provides a Template Library with best-in-class examples to help you get started. Browse categories on the left sidebar including Empty States, Product Adoption, Onboarding Checklists, and more. Use these as starting points or inspiration for your own content.
