Viewing overall checklist completion data
To see checklist completion data across all your checklists, go to Analytics in the side menu and select Overview.
You'll find checklist data in two sections:
Checklist Completed: Total completions across all checklists
Checklist Completed by Content and Segment: Breakdown of completions by specific checklist and user segment
Analyzing individual checklist performance
For detailed individual checklist analytics, go to the content and click Analytics in the top bar.
Click Components
Choose a Segment from the dropdown
Select the Checklist group from the dropdown
Understanding metrics
Checklist histogram: Shows completions and unique completions over time
Interactions: Total interactions with checklist items
Conversion rate: Percentage of users who completed the checklist
Interactions by user: Detailed breakdown showing:
User ID
Email
Name of the interaction
Total interactions
Note: You can download any of these metrics as CSV files for further analysis.
