Candu Webhooks can be easily integrated with Make.com to connect to other apps you use, like:

  • Google Sheets - great for sending Candu Form Responses to

  • Slack - why not notify a channel when a high intent CTA is clicked like 'Upgrade Now

  • Airtable - great for sending Candu Form Responses

  • Hubspot - update your CRM with Form Responses to keep contact records up to date

  • Klaviyo - Send form Response data to create personalized email campaigns

This allows you to automatically send your content views and interactions and form response data from Candu via Make to another app for further analysis and tracking outside of Candu! ๐Ÿ“ˆ

Make.com Example

Here's a step-by-step guide for setting up an integration with Candu Webhooks > Make > Google Sheets.

Set up your webhook in Make.com

In Make, click 'Create New Scenario.' Choose 'Webhooks' as the trigger app and select the 'Custom Webhook' trigger.

Give your Webhook a name by clicking 'Add,' changing the name, and hitting 'Save.' This will generate your Webhook URL. Copy the address to your clipboard!

Set up your webhook in Candu

Next, log in to your Candu account and navigate to the 'Settings' page. Under the 'Integrations' tab, find the 'Webhooks' section and click 'Set up a new webhook.'

Give your Webhook a name and paste the URL provided by Make into the 'Endpoint URL' field. Leave Format as 'Default.'

You can now select what Candu data you want to send via Make (๐Ÿ’ก Pick one content type per Scenario):

  • Content Views - track who has viewed your Candu content

    • You can pick which Content you want views for

  • Content Interactions - track who has clicked your CTAs

    • You can pick which events you want to track engagement with

  • Form Responses - push collected data from your users to your broader tech stack

    • You can pick which Forms you want responses for

Then hit 'Save' in the top right!

Connect Make.com to your App of Choice

Next, create a new module/app you want to send your Candu data toโ€”we are using Google Sheets as the action app in this scenario. Select the 'Create Spreadsheet Row' action. Connect your Google account and select the sheet to which you want to add the data.

Map the fields from your Candu content to the corresponding columns in your Google sheet. For example:

Finally, test the scenario to ensure everything works correctly by clicking 'Run Once.' You will need to either view or interact with your Candu content depending on what you have selected or submit a Form response to trigger the Webhook. You should see a 'Scenario Completed' result:

In this example, data should have been pushed to the linked Google Spreadsheet, too:

From now on, the data will automatically be sent to your specified Google sheet whenever the selected events occur in Candu. This allows you to easily track and analyze Candu data in a format that is convenient for you!

The process is similar for other apps. Please get in touch with us if you have any issues with Candu webhooks!
