An HTTP Archive file (HAR) is a JSON-formatted log file of a web browser's interaction with a site. HAR files help Candu Support diagnose technical issues by showing the behind-the-scenes network activity when you run into a problem.
When you need a HAR file
Candu Support may request a HAR file when you're experiencing:
Performance problems with content loading or rendering
Network errors or timing issues with Candu requests
Generating a HAR file takes about 1-2 minutes.
Before you start
For best results:
Follow the exact steps that reproduce your issue
Identify the specific page URL where content should appear
Close unnecessary tabs to reduce file size and noise
