Make sure you've created a Flow with Interaction Labels on your buttons and clickable elements.

Every interaction in your Flow creates an event you can use to segment users and show them personalized content.

  1. Add Interaction Labels to your buttons and cards (like "Selected E-commerce" or "Clicked Marketing Role")

  2. Create a Segment based on that event

  3. Show targeted content to users based on their Flow selections

Example: If a user selects "E-commerce" as their industry in your onboarding Flow, you can:

  • Show e-commerce customer stories on their homepage

  • Display relevant setup guides

  • Highlight industry-specific features

To create a Segment from Flow events:

  1. Go to Segments and create a new Segment

  2. Under User Events, find your Interaction Label

  3. Set the condition (like "Installation Checked")

  4. Use this Segment to target personalized content
