Archive content

Archiving removes content from your main view without deleting it. You can archive content in two ways:

  1. From the main content page, select the checkboxes next to one or more pieces of content. Click Archive in the bottom right corner.

  2. Open a specific piece of content and click Archive Content in Settings.

Warning: If you archive published content that's connected to a user segment, those users will immediately stop seeing that content. User segments can only view non-archived content.

View and restore archived content

  1. To access archived content, click Content on the left sidebar and select Archived.

  2. Select the checkbox next to the content and click Restore in the bottom right corner.

Delete content permanently

Content must be archived before you can delete it.

  1. Go to Archived content

  2. Select the checkbox next to the content you want to delete

  3. Click Delete in the bottom right corner

Warning: Deleting content is permanent and cannot be undone. This removes the content and all related analytics from Candu.
