Can I compare analytics across content pieces?
When you add a button/content to the page, it will automatically get tracked. We automatically add data labels but recommend updating them for ease of use.
Does Candu connect to my data analytics?
Candu is a Segment source, so if you use Segment.com, you can connect Candu data with other data sources.
Can I download my analytics data via CSV?
Yes, you can download your data via CSV. You’ve got a quick and easy way to access your data from your Content > Analytics tab 🙌
If you have multiple segments, you can download them individually - you can select a maximum of 5 in one go.
Is user behavior tracked outside of Candu components?
No, Candu only tracks interactions within Candu content.
