Invite your team to help create, design, and deploy amazing user experiences.

The Team page under Settings displays all members of your team that currently have access to Candu and their current user role as well as any pending invites.

ℹ️ Please note your Candu plan will let you know how many editors you can add to your account.

  • To invite colleagues to Candu, click 'Send New Invitation'.

Click Send New Invitation to invite a new colleague
  • In the dialogue box, enter the email address of the person you would like to invite. A new line will appear with every email address that you add in case you want to invite multiple users. You will also need to select their appropriate User Role. Learn more about setting user permissions here.

You need to enter their email address and give them a user role. You can add multiple people at a time.
  • Click 'Send Invitation' to send an email to your colleagues. They will receive an email with a link to create a new Candu account.

You then need to press Send Invitation which will send all new users an email.

Re-sending & Revoking Invites

If you need to remind one of your colleagues that they have been invited to Candu and resend an invite so it is at the top of their email list, you can click the three dots next to their name and select 'Invite Again'.

Reinvite and revoke invites using the three dot option.

Equally, if you would like to revoke an invite you can click 'Revoke Invite' which will mean they can no longer create a Candu profile linked to your account.
