What are editor seats?
Anyone with access to a Candu account is considered to have an editor seat. Each editor can access all the work created and published in Candu from that account. Editor seats are not limited in Candu.
How do you calculate monthly active users (MAUs)?
MAUs are calculated as the total number of users who sign in to your platform in any given month. We use MAUs so that we don't charge you for dormant users who may be in your database but don't log any activity within a month.
MAUs are calculated on a rolling 30-day basis and updated nightly.
What if I exceed my monthly MAUs
If your plan exceeds the number of MAUs, a member of the Candu team will contact you to upgrade it as needed. Rest assured that your users’ experience will not be affected.
Does Candu offer free trials?
Yes, we offer a free two-week trial. Within the trial, you can test Candu’s pre-built templates, even before you’ve generated content, to get a sense of how they will look in your app or website.
What happens at the end of my free trial?
At the end of your free trial, your plan will prevented from editing or publishing additional content. Because we’d love to keep working with you, you will still have access to everything built during the trial, and you can continue creating new content blocks.
